Luanne Mcgann made my home purchase so easy she was never hesitant to anything. I would ask her a million question and she would answer without a frown. She did what she had to to make my request been heard and satisfied. If she dont have the answer right there and then , trust and believe she will let you know and get back to you. Luanne truly was a dream to work with! We were searching for a home in the Hudson Valley from the Boston area, so Luanne was our eyes and ears in NY. She was extremely detailed and honest in her assessment of various properties and we trusted her judgement. She was patient with us as we navigated different scenarios and it truly felt like she was invested in our home buying journey. Luanne genuinely cared about us and our family. We feel the professional network and reputation Luanne has built in the region gave us a leg up in our offer being accepted and ultimately in buying our home. Beyond her professional qualities, we enjoyed working with her on a personal level. The only downside to buying our home was not getting to work with Luanne any more! We will certainly be sending any one we know to Luanne for buying and selling in the area.

Patience! Luanne Mcgann had so much patience with my family during the entire process which actually started almost a year before I was truly ready to go out in the world in search of a home. Working 6 days a week, Luanne made time on Sundays to show at least 6 houses a week and educate me on weather it was a good deal or had potential. From recommending mortgage brokers down the the smallest need up till closing Luanne covered it all. When we finally won a bid and closed it was bitter sweet because I was going to miss the Sundays house hunting with her. I would highly recommend Luanne McGann to anyone looking to purchase any type of property from beginner to experienced. Just a beautiful person to work with and know.
