She is 100% trust-worthy, honest, hardworking, respectful, kind and always available. She is available at any time to help and answer any questions we have. For buying a home, I had no doubt in mind when it came to choosing to call Lourdes. Lourdes helped me qualify for a program that helped me buy a house. She helped me close in the appropriate timing so that I may move from my apartment. I'm satisfied with all of her work because she ensured the house was in the best shape, she paid attention to every detail in each houses we went to see. She accompanied me in various occasions to make sure everything was alright before closing on our deal. If something was wrong, she made sure it was fixed and I would be justly compensated. She asked for more than I was asking. She is very polite, and has very wonderful characteristics. She always goes beyond the expectations.
