Lorri was very friendly and helpful. She made sure that everything was completed and timely. We enjoyed working with her and would definitely use her again if we ever were in the market for selling or buying real estate.

Part 2: I say part 2 because Lorri had just before helped my wife and I find our new home, now the sale of our old home. Part 2 (selling old house) was actually quite brief compared to part 1, which was a relief to my wife and myself. By the time we had gotten Lorri in there to do the market analysis, take photos, and list the property to getting an offer on the board took a little over a week. We were excited to get an offer this quickly. I believe that because of Lorri and her research/market evaluation we were successful in such a quick offer. The first offer was a little too low for us, so onto the back and forth amendments (yeah!)<--- sarcasm. Again with many back and forth engagement between the buyers realtor and Lorri, we finally came to an acceptable offer. There was many late evening text/phone calls/emails/scans that Lorri had either needed or was sending during this process which justified to us how quickly she wanted to get this accomplished for us so that we can move to the next chapter of our homeownership. The whole process of selling our house (listing and counteroffers) took approximately 2.5 weeks, which I was really impressed with. During the next few weeks, it was mostly quiet on our end. Lorri still maintain contact asking us how everything was going and giving us updates on the house selling project. Finally on June 15th at 3:30 in the afternoon we met with Lorri at the title company for the big moment. We sat beforehand with Lorri conversing back in forth as if we had known each other for some time. She was interested in hearing how the new house was going and even life in general. A little while later, we would be shaking the new homeowners of our new house and handing over the keys. Saying goodbye to a house that we had lots of memories in, but we in part would be saying goodbye to Lorri as well now that the process was over. My wife and I are truely thankful for what Lorri was able to help us with during our latest real estate adventure. We feel that we could not have found another agent that we would have been this happy with. I hope to see Lorri around town and be able catch up on how life is going as we had done many times during the house visits and phone conversations. Thank you again Lorri for all you have done for Tina and I.

Lorri is the best - we will refer all our former neighbors to her! She was patient and really listened to our needs. She made the whole process painless. Selling a home after 49 years is daunting. Lorri made it so easy for us. She was with us every step of the way. We felt taken care of by Lorri.

My wife and I met Lorri at an open house back in March of 2015. At that time my we had begun looking for a place to call ours out in the country and had another realtor in mind to work with (realtor from previous house). We stumbled across this open house to a country home outside Pemberton, to which we decided to see what this place has to offer. Lorri was the realtor for this particular property and was very pleasant from the start and didn't push anything on us. We didn't end up buying this place, but from our experience meeting with Lorri, my wife and I decided that this is the realtor that we would want to work with. From March of 2015 to March of 2017, Lorri has been working with us to find this elusive country home to which we can call home. We had looked at close to a dozen places all over Blue Earth, Le Sueur, and Waseca counties. We had also submitted offers on a couple of those houses, to which we didn't get (and thankfully so). Lorri was very good at being patient with us on our endeavor and to some degree she appeared to be shopping for a home with us. By this I mean that Lorri was able to pick up what Tina and I were interested/desired in this new home and gave her input to what she thought was best suited for us. Honestly, there were occasions that we would visit a house and within a minute I new it wasnt for us, but I would walk around to see the place (felt obligated since we have already dragged Lorri out there) only to find out later that Lorri felt the same way. This past March 21st, I had been checking the local realtor listings (as I seemed to have been doing for everyday for 2 years) and I stumbled across this country home just outside Waseca. I quickly got ahold of Tina and Lorri to set up a viewing. Lorri had quickly got back to me and said we were on for the following day after work (22nd). The wife and I pulled into the driveway a little after 6 on that day and where exicited from the start. We met up with Lorri and did our usual walk through, but this time I had a different feeling about this place, even more so than the other properties we submitted offers on. As we said our goodbye and thanks to Lorri, while leaving the driveway we knew this was the place. The very next day I called Lorri and said that we were serious and want to write up an offer. Three days later, Lorri had notified us that our offer was accepted. Tina and I were excited as I am sure Lorri was as well. So now onto all the negotiations, paperwork, lender approvals, etc. This has to be the worst part of buying a house in my opinion, but I would like to give Lorri a lot of credit to making this phase very fluid. This is where it was evident of Lorri's experience of being a real estate agent. She powered through this spending late nights and multiple visits to the new property to meet up with appraisers, inspectors, and all the associated paper trails. Finally on May 12th this process came to an end with my wife and I closing on our new home. I was sad to a point, because this marked the end of this journey with Lorri. Well, not so much as an end, since a different journey had begun and still underway in selling our old house. This too will come to an end and all I can say is that the wife and I have be very blessed to have worked with Lorri on both the purchase of our new place and selling of the old place. I would hands down recommend Lorri as a realtor to anyone whom I may come across looking to sell or buy.
  • Buyer review
Lorri was especially phenomenal in working with my inspector. He inadvertently broke the owner's door during the inspection. The inspector said that when I take possession of the property, I should just send him a bill for the bent panels and he would reimburse me. Lorri went out of her way to contact 2 companies to get bids to get the door replaced (the 2 bent panels weren't able to be replaced, the whole door had to be replaced and up to the new code). The inspector was not happy, but Lorri made sure that the work was done before my closing date and was done properly. I was thrilled with the outcome. Lorri was prompt in responding to the website request for a realtor. She was extremely professional and prompt. She was patient, knowledgeable and professional.
  • Buyer review
We loved working with Lorri. She was extremely helpful in this whole process. We would recommend her to anyone.
