Lorraine Smith was knowledgeable on the closing process and was able to guide me on it. I felt she properly prepared me of what to expect especially as a first time home owner, Lorraine Smith was excellent. I spoke with a couple of real estate agents before her from other offices and I can sincerely tell you she was the best. Lorraine was professional, and very friendly.
