Lori Shipley assisted us with the purchase of our new home. We recently moved from another state and had only spent 48 hours in the area before beginning our home search. Lori started the process by getting to know us over the phone and sending us listings to build up a wish list to look for. Once we arrived, Lori got us in for showings right away despite the busy real estate market. The showings were all in line with exactly what we were looking for proving how much she listens to her clients. Lori walked us through the offer process clearly and helped us with next steps when our first offer didn't go through.
