Let me start off my saying Lisa Watson is PHENOMENAL! If you are looking for a home and you have not been speaking with Lisa Watson, stop reading this and call her immediately. She is a difference-maker you will want to be working with. I could sit here all day long providing an unending list of adjectives describing Lisa's skill sets which I have found to be invaluable during my housing search. Lisa is a person of action who moves with a purpose and gets things done. I have spent more than 30 years working around the world in various businesses and I know a quality person when I see one - and I saw it immediately with Lisa. Lisa is the consummate professional who radiates experience and knowledge. I am from the state of Washington and I needed to buy a home in Texas for my son for less than $30,000 with numerous, very specific requirements. I knew it would be tough to find a real estate agent who would be interested in my particular situation. I went on the web, found 8 different properties, and I sent an e-mail to 8 different real estate companies describing my needs. Seven companies blew me off and never responded. Lisa responded to my e-mail within three minutes. During our first conversation I knew right away Lisa knew what she was doing and she was going to find me the exact home I needed. Lisa and I spoke on the phone numerous times. She was a very knowledgeable, professional, and communicative person with a 'get it done' attitude. I had many questions and she was able to answer them all immediately. I cannot even tell you what her voicemail sounds like because I never heard it – Lisa always answered the phone. I never expected her to be this responsive as I knew she was busy, but she was always available. I was looking for a very cheap home but Lisa treated me as if I was looking to buy a million dollar house. She made me feel like I was her only client. Her service was simply top-notch! When I flew to Texas to look at homes with Lisa we had a list of several houses to view. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances arose and most of the houses were no longer available by the time I landed in Texas. Here I was in Texas with limited time and little to look at. I was beyond frustrated with the situation. Lisa didn't skip a beat as she started finding new places for us to view. She found one home in particular she wanted me to see, but I didn't want to look at it. Lisa could sense my frustration while strongly encouraging me to look at the house. I really didn't want to see it, but Lisa convinced me to at least look at it. It turned out to be the house I ended up buying. Lisa knew exactly what I was looking for and she knew the 'fit'. I am beyond ecstatic with what I ended up purchasing with Lisa's help and guidance. It checked every single box I had. Quite frankly, given my limited time frame and specific requirements I never expected to get everything I was looking for, but Lisa made sure I did. Here is the silver lining in this whole housing search - I walked through this entire process with my 18-year old son as I explained everything to him. He is going to start school in Texas soon and he has never stepped foot in the state of Texas. This housing search was his first exposure to anything having to do with Texas, and it was an exceptional first experience for him. Thank you for that!
