Lindsay Woodruff is a extremely competent, professional, hardworking, personable and thorough. Lindsay worked with us professionally and continually for over 8 months until we found the house we wanted. We were regularly updated on houses for sale in the community we wanted to buy in. She understood what we wanted in a house, and most importantly, what we DIDN'T want in a house, so there was no waste of her time or ours in unnecessary showings. Because we were buyers from another state, we needed a realtor whose schedule was flexible, and who could accommodate us for showings on short notice......and Lindsay fit that profile to a tee! There was never a long wait time to hear from her, and she made herself readily available through phone, text and email throughout the entire process. Lindsay worked extremely well with our attorney and was able to recommend other experts in the area (contractors, home inspectors, etc.) as needed through the purchase process from beginning to closing.
