Lindsay came highly recommended from my sister and that held a lot of weight. I had thought that a realtor wasn't really that important in the process prior, but I was very mistaken and it had cost me. So after my previous bad experience, I decided to listen to my sister and go with Lindsay who I cannot stress enough how highly my sister recommended her. So the personal connection was a huge factor. She was just as my sister advertised, thoughtful, helpful, communicative. She is exactly what I want in a realtor. She listened to me, but also took initiative when she needed to. She communicated fantastically, was able to work in the time frames I needed, and she did it all with a positive attitude that is rarely found. When I need to look for a new place I will be calling Lindsay and hoping she can be my realtor, because she was truly great to work with. I can't thank her enough for doing such an incredible job. Well, I kind of put all this in my last part, whoops. Just to reiterate slightly, Lindsay was incredibly polite, got back to me very quickly, and was pretty much everything I could want in my realtor. On that note, she was very professional, but also knew when to be casual. It made it very easy to talk to her. Again, I could go all day talking about how easy she made this process and how thankful I was to work with her.

I worked with Lindsay long distance and through phone conversations and email. I was finally to meet her when we had scheduled some showing for one day when I was here to look at homes.
