I have been a Real Estate Professional since 1980 serving El Dorado County and surrounding areas. My goal is to represent you in the most professional and effective manner providing the highest quality Real Estate Service possible. I take pride in in attention to detail, marketing and relationship building. This dedication to excellence has created my reputation for results.
I serve both as a counselor and consultant to my clients, providing accurate and up-to-date information and advice so that they can make an educated decision. If you are selling property, my innovative and creative marketing skills will provide you maximum exposure for your property. If you are looking to purchase property, my expert knowledge will help you locate the property that best reflects your person style and financial goals.
I offer experience in residential home sales, new construction, equestrian and ranch properties, home and land subdivisions, relocation and REO properties. With over 40 years of experience, I still make sure I am update on current trends, financing, advertising, and local ordinances. I also pursue continuing education in Real Estate applications and practices to better serve my clients.
In my free time I may be out horseback riding, singing, and playing my guitar or showing and training dogs. I sing with Stay Tuned Chorus: we are a mixed chorus singing barbershop/jazz. I share my home with two Brittany's, Reggie, and Abby. I show Reggie in Obedience and I am working toward our Utility Title. Love traveling and spending time with family.

Seller reviewOur local dog club provides a Rattlesnake aversion clinic for dogs-Linda signed her dog up and enclosed her business card. It was karma! I was very please with the energy Linda put forth to get the home on the market at a valuable price. There was clear and concise communication throughout the sales and closing processes. Linda made the process of selling a house almost effortless on my part. Linda took the reins, arranged all the inspections and necessary repairs. All I needed to do in the end was sign on the dotted line. This experience was definitely NOT like buying a used car--for that I am greatly appreciative.
