Linda was a personal friend of my Mom's, whose house I sold. That relationship was very important to me, and there was just nobody else that I would have chosen to sell Mom's house. I would use Linda Harris again but I live out of the area. Linda was outstanding. I was selling my mother's house and there was a lot of emotion surrounding it. Linda was very supportive and was literally there day and night for anything I needed. If I texted her with a question, she responded within 10 minutes, even during nights and weekends. One truly stand out attribute that got us to come back to Linda was that when we were working on purchasing our first manufactured home, she really stood up for my mom. A loan person was clearly taking advantage of the fact that my mother was not fluent in English. And when Linda heard what he was asking of her and trying to do with her, she called the guy up and gave him a piece of her mind. We definitely did not do business with that guy. It was a real indication of Linda's commitment to fairness and integrity. From that, we knew we'd always want to work with her in future purchases. Linda is also extremely knowledgable and has impeccable attention to detail. She is on top of everything with the people she needs to work with, and understanding the ins and outs of the entire process so that she can give us advice everywhere along the way. She can tell you what is good and what is risky about a house on the spot. And you can trust you are making the right decisions with her expertise guidance. Linda is patient. We had a tough decision to make on a house that we thought had potential to satisfy our needs, however it had so many problems. Linda gave the great advice to keep repeating "It's a half-million dollar purchase." It help keep us on track of our goals in line and if the home was worth it. We cancelled on that deal after a 2 hour pro and con conversation in the hot La Mesa sun. Her patience is a clear factor that she wanted me to make the right decision and sitting with me to weigh the options was amazing. That day, we did find a better home, it was a better deal and was perfect for our goals. In addition, she goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy and offers gestures of kindness that really make a huge personable impact (e.g. pie certificates, paying for cleaning services, helping with weeds in the garden even after the purchase of the house).

Linda did an amazing job in not only selling our condo, but also helping us buy a house contigent on the sale of the condo. There were a ton of scheduling issues that she managed with expertise. Every aspect of the selling and buying were explained thoroughly, and actions were explained in detail. We had a great experience with Linds and would work with her again in a heartbeat.
