Seller reviewLinda Forrester was a pleasure to work with. She communicated with us frequently, and smoothly facilitated the sale of our acre lot. Linda did a great job negotiating in a slow market. She handled all the details of the closing so we didn't have to drive back and forth from our current home 4 hours away. Closing this sale required her to repeatedly contact the county and an engineer for reports, which we greatly appreciated. Linda put in plenty of time and effort on this property even though it was not a money-maker for her (only a 21K lot). My husband and I both appreciate that professionalism.
