Lia was very attentive and was willing to go the extra mile just to make sure we were content with the situation at stake. She was just a phone call or text away and all questions asked via the portal she setup for us were answered in a timely fashion. She has a warm and receptive personality and that was an added bonus in selecting her. Her recommendations to other services needed along the way made the process somewhat less stressful that it's supposed to be.

We were mostly interested in someone who had our likes and dislikes at heart. She had knowledge of of the area as well that was important. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. She was kind and professional. We were very thankful she was approachable because we definitely needed a little more help than most. Lia went above and beyond helping us with the negotiations and contracts. I'll admit to not having any experience with buying property. Lia practically held our hands throughout and guided us the entire way. She was there to remind us what we needed and always asked if we needed anything such as faxing copies or making copies. She was incredibly helpful throughout. We went into this process blindly but with Lia's help we got through everything. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Lia was very helpful and helped out in everyway she possibly could.

We met Lia during a local street fair where Century 21 had a table set-up. Despite the casual setting, she immediately understood our needs and was very helpful at introducing us to the processes. By the time we formally met her in her office a couple of days later, she had already laid out a tentative timeline and drafted a purchasing plan for us to discuss. We felt very comfortable with her from the very start. This being our first property purchase, we were nervous about not knowing the process. Lia walked us through the entire process from beginning to end, and made herself available virtually around the clock to help us along. She answered every single question we had (and we had lots), offered invaluable advice, and gave us numerous outstanding referrals for various needed services. She has an amazing way of keeping you calm and sane through even the most nerve-racking dealings. Most times it felt like having a close relative guiding you and advocating for you. Lia is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and responsive to her clients, all while sustaining a kind, patient, and inviting personality that puts her clients at ease. I cannot imagine going through a purchase without her. Everyone should be as lucky as we were to have such an amazing realtor. She is simply exceptional at what she does. I would recommend Lia without hesitation and with the greatest enthusiasm.
