Seller reviewWhen I decided to put my home on the market, I interviewed several real estate agents; I chose Leanne Shaw, because she came across as the best; she was prepared, professional, and easy to work with. She was responsive to my needs, and held out for me during sometimes difficult negociations with the buyer. She was also empathetic to the heartbreak of leaving a beloved home after 30 years! She and her partner, Eve Lawson became my friends and truly helped me during this difficult transition. I recommend her very highly.

She knew every aspect of what to expect and what to do. Leanne also was with me the whole way when it came to signing the tons of documents. She explained what and why I was signing. Leanne helped us arrange with services to complete needed work and we'll and septic assessments. Leanne kept all the moving parts and parties on track to close on time.
