Seller reviewHe is the guy you want in the "RED ZONE". When you are close to the goal and need to get a touchdown Larry is the Bill Belichek of Real estate. I had truly given up on trying to sell my home as this was to be a short sale. Larry came in and came up with a game plan and executed this plan. One thing I can say is that you should listen to what he has to say as his only job is to sell your home and he is an expert in his field. He took on more than he needed to get my property sold. He went above and beyond anything any of the other Real Estate Brokers I have had in the past. I have to say this. When I first meet him I knew that he was the one who was going to sell my house. Larry brought over 20 years of experience to the table in regular sales and short sales and am sure that he was the only reason that my home sold. I am finally on the other side of the short sale and can start building my credit back again. Larry Thank you for all your hard work.
