We appreciated her knowledge and guidance, but especially her ability to explain to us the buying process, and patience as she drove countless miles showing us multiple homes, and we never felt pressured or frustrated; Laura was amazing. We wanted someone who we felt understood our needs, experienced, and patient, with a warm and friendly personality. Laura was also very fast at returning calls and organizing viewings, especially at the last minute! She also activity helped us search for homes so we could be the first to view them as soon as they came on the market. We have the house of our dreams thanks to her! Buyer reviewLaura Picot Sayles worked very hard for me, she made sure everything was where it needed to be when it needed to be there ,even helped assist when the other agent wasn't on the ball. Helpful with negotiating a fair price also, helped smooth over an issue with an electrical box in the house and also was really key in making sure my earnest money checks got where they needed to be when they needed to be there. Friendly, courteous, polite and knowledgeable, she did a great job!
