It was very important for us to sit and talk to the agent and make sure he/they understand what we are looking for beyond the sell price. Knowledge of area and community was absolutely crucial for us. Kyle is very informed, professional and most important honest. He wanted to make sure we are happy and not just make a sale! As mentioned before, Kyle is extremely professional and knowledgable about the process and handling all aspects of the transactions. He was great at taking the pressure of of us while going through the move and sale. Hands down, the best agent I had ever dealt with, and I worked with many agents over the years. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and professional. Great service!

Buyer reviewKyle went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of from start to finish. The process we went through wasn't easy, as the seller's realtor was difficult to work with. Kyle made sure to push and made sure that we were still able to close in a timely manner. He always kept us up to speed with the attorney and made the buying process go smoothly despite having to deal with a difficult seller. He always had great advice and input…. As first time home buyers, the process can seem intimidating and stressful, but Kyle made the process a lot easier. Overall, Kyle was awesome to work with. Very attentive, responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond expectations. Would highly recommend him to friends and family in the future.

Buyer review5 STARS!!! We kept marveling at how smoothly everything was going through the buying process and Kyle Skolsky was with us every step of the way. He was always available and responsive pretty much day or night via phone, text, and/or email. No questions were too small. He was also able to provide us with a lender, attorney, and insurance broker who were all fantastic to work with as well. We couldn't be happier with how things went and are beyond excited to move into our new home!
