Having earned his degree in Finance from Bryant University, Kyle's analytical mind is always on the lookout for the next opportunity. Whether it's an investment property, a flip or a new construction, he has the vision to see what needs to be done for his clients, and the skills needed in a competitive market to close the deal. Kyle has intimate knowledge of the local community and surrounding areas, having lived in Long Branch and worked in Red Bank for the last decade. He has expertise that can only come from years working on real estate acquisitions teams; from owning his own real estate development company; and, most recently, from selling residential real estate. Last year, Kyle was the number one sales agent for his office, Century 21 Thomson & Co. and is on track to be number one again this year.

    Kyle has a great energy about him. He was not a pushy sales person. We spoke, he listened to my requests and found a way to make it work. The photos of my home were exceptional and absolutely brought in the customer. Everything happened so quickly and went beyond my expectations from start to finish. His personality absolutely is perfect for his profession. He also helped me in finding contractors, inspections, estate sale professional, cleaning company, making sure everything was correct and working correctly for inspection, arranged buyers for a few walk throughs. I had a short amount of time to pack up and his help and knowledge was extremely helpful in making the sale happen. My dealings with anyone other than Kyle is N/A which speaks volumes about Kyle, he was available 24/7. I recommend that Kyle assist in training new hires by spending some time with Kyle to understanding his style of presentation. I also think in this market having sales agents work together, open houses, advertising, getting the word out, helping the client in making things go as smoothly as possible. Such as staging the home, touch up painting, moving companies, packing, inspections the client is stressed and every ounce of assistance would be appreciated and remembered. The entire process went quickly and beyond my expectations. Make each client feel like your only client. Be as accommodating as possible. Let the client remember you for going above and beyond. It is not just about buying or selling, it's customer service and making the process as seamless as possible without being pushy. Completely understand your client beyond the buy or sell...who are they,...personalization.
