Seller reviewKristine found a good contractor for repairs necessary to ready the house for sale,and when the HOA came up with a last minute requirement to paint the house, she found a good painter and the job was done in two days. Kristine exceeded expectations throughout the home sale process. When something needed to be arranged to sell the home, Kristine arranged it same day. We are in a different state and Kris made sure we knew everything that was going on via email or text or calls. Communication was outstanding. Kris sold us the home in 2009 when we came to AZ.
