Buyer reviewKris did an excellent job. She was really with us and available throughout the entire process. This house hunt was a bit more difficult then our others and she helped us walk through that process. She was even busy helping us during her vacation! We both terminated a contract and put an offer in on our currant house during her week off. She didn't hesitate to work with us through e-mail and phone calls during that very stressful week. Buyer reviewKris helped us purchase our dream home! We found the house online the day it went on the market and told her about it immediately. She traveled almost two hours just a few days later to the open house along with us, with documentation ready to go should we decide to place an offer on the house. Sure enough we loved it and she was ready! She helped us get the first offer in on the house and worked through the entire purchase like it was no problem at all! She was attentive to our needs, traveled to the location multiple times in a span of just a few days, and made everything super easy for us. Seller reviewKris Johnson went above and beyond our expectations. She worked hard to sell the house at the best price available which was challenging. The house needed a lot of work on and we were selling it for "as is". Kris also made this experience very easy for us. We sold our Mother's house who has Alzheimer's so at times it was emotional and could have been very stressful. Kris took all the stress off of us and did a beautiful job selling it!
