I am a Native of Newport News and a graduate of the University of Virginia. I developed a passion early on for the real estate industry growing up with both of my parents in the real estate business. I enjoy family time and traveling with my husband, two children, and dog. Porfessionally, I have earned my Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designations. I am most proud of being awarded the VPAR Sales Team of Year in 2012 while working with my Mom and being individually awarded VPAR Realtor of the Year in 2014.

Buyer reviewAs a first time buyer Kimi made the process very easy. She always did her research of properties ahead of time. When it was time to start the contract process Kimi was ahead of the game. She was on top of the negotiations and ensured the offers and counter offers were reasonable. She always stayed in contact with me to let me know what was going on in the process and ensured the seller was doing their part as well. Not only this, Kimi was extremely honest and always looked out for my interest above anything else in terms of purchasing the house.
