Seller reviewI have used Kim Passmore now three times. She helped me purchase my first home, sell my first home, and now purchase my current home. She is extremely knowledgeable about this area and the market. Kim has, in all cases, gone above and beyond for me as her client. There were some last minute things that came up with the purchasing of current home (and when I say last minute, I literally mean an hour before closing!). Kim handled the situation calmly with grace and got us through it effortlessly. She was present at everything! Home inspection, re-inspection, closing date. Not many realtors are willing to give that much time. She also showed up after we had moved in with a gift for our new home! I cannot say enough good things about Kim Passmore.
