Compassionate. She was there to see me through my tears as the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home proved to be a bittersweet experience after the recent loss of my mother. She was such a sweet spirit in seeing me through this process. I found Kimberly Olbrich's knowledge in the real estate business impressed me a great deal in all that needed to be done or considered particularly her photography as a tool in showcasing my home. She took great care with lighting, angles, staging that truly accentuated the best my home had to offer. My experience with Kim was definitely a most positive one that led to the successful sale of my home. We are currently in escrow right now and presumed to be a successful closure on that as well. Kimberly was an outstanding agent. She handled all of our needs in a timely fashion. She was professional, friendly and always available when we had questions or concerns. She walked us through each step of the way. Kimberly took the lead and coordinated all the necessary steps so that we closed on time. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received.
