Kimberly helped tremendously in advising us about staging our condo, going above and beyond to help us present our home in the best light possible. She invested a lot of time throughout the process and provided references for us to get needed work done at very reasonable prices. She is such a warm and personable agent, unfailingly upbeat and encouraging. She really gives her all (and this was during the weeks leading up to her own wedding!) Our condo got back-to-back viewings and received multiple offers over the asking price on just the first day on the market so we didn't even need to go through with the planned open house--there's no doubt in my mind that this couldn't have happened without Kimberly's help and expertise in preparing and presenting our place in the most flattering way. I can't imagine a better real estate agent.
