Buyer reviewKim was amazing! She found us houses within our price range and didn't push any particular house on us. We were first time home buyers and were a little green when it came to real estate. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but Kim helped us narrow down our options and find the best possible houses that matched our criteria. When we asked her questions about the houses, she was upfront in saying what the issues were with them. She did not try to sugar coat any of the negative features of the houses that we viewed. She listened to our needs and helped us find our first home! Once we had the house chosen, she was quick with getting the paperwork completed so that we could get into our new home as quickly as we possibly could. I would recommend Kim Shipman to anyone who is looking for a new home.
