Seller reviewIt took some time to sell because we insisted on getting our asking price. Kevin supported us completely and our house eventually sold for more than what we were asking. Kevin was easy to deal with and he communicated well and listened to us. We had a steady stream of prospects and eventually had multiple offers which allowed us to get more than what we were asking. He was a good negotiator. The only time we had disagreements is when he wanted to get more for us and we would have to tell him we were okay with what the buyer was offering. There was never any pressure to complete the sale at other than our terms.
