Due to the fact that I was looking for a home under $80,000, some realtors would not work with me and Kevin was the complete opposite. He did everything possible to help me find a home, including spending many hours speaking with me over the phone, after 5:00, during the course of my search. Kevin continually listened to my concerns and needs which helped us to be on the same page. He was not pushy and provided a very enjoyable and educational buying experience. Kevin Cota is the definition of an excellent realtor, he has a passion for what he does and represents his clients well.

He is upbeat and a pleasure to be around. He is interested in the customer , not just the sale. He answered us back quickly when we needed him. He is more honest and open than other brokers I've dealt with. I have dealt with other agents in the Lufkin area - and Kevin was more professional and trustworthy than any we have dealt with.
