Kelly (Keating) Griebel was born and raised in the Soldotna area before there was even a hospital. She loves the Kenai Peninsula & plans to remain here among good friends & family. Buyer reviewWe had tried using various other agents before meeting Kelly. We had been looking for a house in the peninsula area for the better part of a year and had specific needs. We were frustrated and ready to give up when we reached out to her. She took us to a house on our list. After watching us move about the house and asking a handful of questions, she took us back to her office because she had an idea. She printed off a listing and decided to show us a house that wasn't on our list. It was PEFECT! It had everything we needed AND everything we WANTED! She listened. She knew the area. She knew the market and what was out there. She was hilarious and made the process of buying a house the next step in our journey as opposed to the road block it had been for the better part of a year. We have the perfect home to raise our five kids in and build a lifetime of memories in. Thank you Kelly. We will gladly recommend you to everyone we know who is looking for a realtor.

Seller reviewThe house sold in just 12 hours, " in the blink of an eye" for a really great full asking price. How could Kelly possibly improve on that? I also like her contagious enthusiasm and amazing organizational skills! Do not pick Kelly Griebel unless you are serious about selling because she will make quick work of it. :)
