Kelly went above and beyond in every aspect throughout the sale of our home. She helped teach us about the market, explained the sales process and contractual offers being presented. She did her research and also worked with other brokers in the area to understand market trends, get a gauge for traffic on their listings and came up with unique ways to market and advertise our home. The photographer did an amazing job and the photos were flawless. The flyer's Kelly created were absolutely gorgeous. She also created a unique listing website for our home that we shared out on social media. We were informed of every showing and was given feedback on each and every visit. We were also provided with helpful showing and open house tips which proved very successful. Kelly was very patient with us and our schedule to ensure there were no scheduling conflicts or inconveniences. She did a great job of keeping myself, my husband and our real estate agent on the pending sale of our new home in the loop. It was really impressive! I have already referred other friends to Kelly Elson at Century 21. There are so many agents to chose from these days, referrals are very important. I would never sell or buy another property in VA without working with Kelly and her team. The entire process is stressful enough and we've worked with agents in the past that have exacerbated that stress. I interviewed Kelly when I was initially searching for a realtor to sell my property. The very first time I met Kelly I knew that she would be the perfect realtor for my needs. She was extremely outgoing and had a very good knowledge of the Brambleton, Ashburn area. In fact, I believe because she lives in the area, she brought something to the table that other realtors could not; a first hand experience of what it is like to live in the area. Kelly was more than just a realtor to me. She became my confidante, my therapist, my family and my friend, all while remaining totally professional when it came to every aspect of selling my home. Kelly is the first realtor I have ever met who was willing to go above and beyond to assist her client (me) with every aspect of the sale of my home. Because I am disabled, I needed more assistance than most clients would need from their realtor. Kelly was there whenever I needed that help. She had no compunction when it came to telling me that she believed I had too much furniture in my condo or too much stuff, overall for a condo of its size. However, more importantly, Kelly had no qualms about rolling up her sleeves and helping declutter my home. When she couldn't be there herself, Kelly would often send her friend or a family member to help (assuming it was both okay with me and appropriate to do so) in order not to disappoint me. The one thing I know for sure is that if I had it to do all over again, knowing what I know now... I would not change a thing.
