We had heard of Kelley thru a friend and we were so appreciative of her professionalism and guidance thru the process. There were several things that she provided us advice on that were invaluable. I used Kelley when I bought my first house. She was not the agent we first talked to but the agent that took me on as a client. She was very helpful when it came to what was needed and helped in every way. She went above and beyond when the house we bought was very dirty the day we were handed the keys. She jumped right to it and hired cleaners, at no charge to us, to come clean the entire house. Made the experience great. Then when it came to selling the house she was the only person I wanted to use. She helped sell that house fast and helped find us our new house, which we built. When it came to the day of moving in again they had promised a dual zone heating system that I was gong to install my smart thermostats too. The builder messed up and did not run the wires to the down stairs unit. At first the contractor didn't want to do anything for us. Then she was able to get them to at least run the wires but they were not going to fix the holes in the drywall. After she offered to pay for the repairs and worked with Vikki the company decided to fix everything and make things right. I thought that was wonderful. Now on to the selling of this house. She was quick to help and gave us an understanding of what was going on. Later she even payed for a couple of items the buyers wanted so they did not come out of my pocket. She also helped me with my latest purchase. As long as I am buying or selling a house and she is a relator I will continue to go through her. She makes me feel like my purchases are safe and she always has my back. Thank you so much

I was reluctant to hire a Broker, but I am the right decision to hire Kelley. She exceeded my expectations in knowledge of the market, the accuracy of pricing, detailed paperwork, and best of all her negotiating skills. I give Kelley a 11 in how she handled the transaction.
