Katie is awesome. She helped us buy the home then helped us sale the house 18 months later. Katie developed a terrific game plan to sell the house then gave us suggestions on how much we would be able to sell the house for. When the initial appraisal came back it was much lower than our listing price. Katie behind the scenes spoke to the individual who appraised the house supervisor showed the proper comps for the area and then supervisor instructed the appraiser change the figure to our asking price.
