When we started this journey with her 3 very long months ago, the first house came back with a terrible inspection. But the next day Kathy helped us find and secure the real home of our dreams. Unfortunately shortly after the sale of this home, the sale of our home went south, Kathy went above and beyond what any realtor would do! She not only managed to keep the sale of the house we were buying together for 3 full months, she also worked with the realtor from the home I was selling to give advice and help get it sold!! Absolutely Amazing!! Answered every text, every phone call, and every email generally within 15 minutes if she didn't answer. She was always such a pleasure to be around. Very upbeat, happy, let's go live life attitude and that's exactly what you want when you're buying a house a new go live life attitude!! Thank you so much Kathy!! We would have never gotten through this without you, and we know for a fact if we had any other realtor we wouldn't have our home.
