She was able to work through a few snags and kept it on schedule.

Buyer reviewKathleen is super sweet and has done more that I expected an agent to do. She answered all the questions I had and guided us through the whole purchase process (first time purchase). The first day we met, she spent more than half a day taking us to various homes and gave us her honest opinion. My parents really loved her honesty and how she helped us step by step. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made sure all our questions were answered. Since we're from NY, the process is much different but Kathleen was knowledgeable and helps us all the way through. The closing for our home was right after storm Isiais and we are from NY so we couldn't do the 2 hr drive before closing, but Kathleen took the time to check on the house for us and took pictures for us to keep us at ease so we could close without a problem. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the area!
