Selecting the right home for you and/or your family is a huge decision. There isn't much more important than where and how you live, work and play. It's a big deal! That's why I take the time to understand you, your goals and needs as they relate to buying or selling your home. My goal is to be a source of information first and foremost and then guide my clients through the buying or selling process. I recognize my job includes much more than sending a listing and opening a door or putting up a sign. I take the responsibility of handling my client's transaction very seriously. Always keeping in mind that buying and/or selling a home is not only one of the largest transactions people make, but it is also a very emotional one. It's been a pleasure working with Karen, and I can be a very picky person when it comes to realtors - i interviewed five before I signed with Karen. Karen did an excellent job of staging my house and arranging photographs. As a result, it was under contract in less than three days, which included the weekend. She went to the extra mile in getting my house ready and even making a few home improvements we hadn't tackled. She was always available by text, phone or email and worked diligently through the whole process. During COVID, she was always careful and considerate of restrictions, but it never slowed her down. She is committed and very responsive!
