Excellent communication, and, when I had a few options come up, and wasn't sure which way to go, she was great at offering options, going through the pros and cons of each, them, ultimately letting me make the decision. She made sure we kept moving things forward, always conscious of getting me best possible outcome for my situation. I so appreciated her and her knowledge! Karen had high praise for this company and the people she worked with, and that was good to hear!

Karen made suggestions on how to best ready my house for the sale while researching the area for recent sales of homes. She thoroughly explained and we discussed all that goes into selling a house and setting an asking price. Karen gave me her recommendations while indicating that the final decision was mine. Karen is such a professional. She is honest and was accessible to answer my many questions and concerns every step of way. My house sold in less than a month. I am very happy with the outcome. She was open to my input regarding pricing of my home and relating her thoughts. She spent much time investigating and analyzing price point. She was very complimentary with regard to my home. She was a real pleasant person to deal with in a day and age where it is rare to find people who are reliable and trustworthy.
