I gained this passion for helping people through my 31 year career. I started my career in 1985 with a small Mortgage Company. I was proud to been a part of this small company that grew into one of the largest lending institutions in Michigan, Flagstar Bank. In the span of my career, I was fortunate enough to have worked with all types and levels of people within the organization. Through the years, I built a strong reputation for my honesty, knowledge, and ability to get the job done! I enjoy my job, and I look forward to working with YOU!

Buyer reviewKaren Fortuna was amazing in my home search! Due to be restricted from visiting the area person due to the Covid health crisis I had to rely on her to show me everything over video conferencing. During which she would point out all the pros and cons that she saw as well as what she liked/what I would like. Her great knowledge of the area led me around to different communities and what would find around there for home features. Always kept me informed of changes or concerns as they arose which were many with all the closures and backups in processing. Highly recommend!

Seller reviewKaren Fortuna was more than understanding, at each and every point. She was patient with my reluctance to move quickly. Plus, she handled all kinds of "extras" at no charge. At my age of 93, I could not do many things; but Karen handled them for me. And she never required me to drive back up to Michigan for anything. She is an excellent agent, and should receive special commendation.
