We originally found Julie online when searching for a realtor in the area, I noticed that we both spent time at FAU and saw that she had great reviews. We decided to reach out in spring 2020 to start our search and she was very helpful and quickly set up our online portal. She was really great at communicating with us even when we had to take a step back for a few months. We wanted to be in a specific neighborhood and Julie was very familiar with the area so she totally understood what our goal was. She constantly made herself available especially during the busy holiday season and we really appreciated everything. We were able to do a quick closing it was perfect. Whenever we needed anything or had any questions she was a text away. I would definitely recommend working with Julie Harris especially in the Fort Lauderdale area, she has a lot of knowledge and connections so our entire process was very smooth. This was our first home purchase and she made sure to really look out for our best interest.

The sellers were very difficult to work with and required extra attention on Julie's part. She stayed on top of things especially deadlines that needed to be extended due to the sellers lack of response. Julie was persistent and the deal finally got done. Julie's communication skills and availability were excellent. She always kept me up to date where things were during the entire purchase. Her follow up after closing has also been exceptional.

I wholeheartedly reccomend Julie Harris for your sale or purchase. Julie covered both for us but I was really impressed by how well Julie covered the purchase of our new home. We had particularly difficult sellers and the communication from them was extremely slow and at times non-existent. She handled this with grace, understood my frustration and continually pushed the listing agent to get answers from her clients. We almost changed our minds at the last minute and Julie was always on board to do whatever we wanted and continually offered her experience and expertise to make things as smooth as possible for us. We ended up in our dream home and I am so thankful we had Julie helping us!
