She was very friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty for us. I cannot say enough nice things about her. I would certainly recommend her to anyone. She made us feel comfortable from the beginning. She was very professional, but had the charm to make you feel she was a close friend. She was always "johnny on the spot" when you called her for anything. As I said I can't say enough good things about her. Oh and her patience with us was amazing.
