He helped us look at many homes without pressure to buy, and when we found the right one he was SO patient as we had to navigate family hurdles to make an offer. Once we got there, he walked us through step by step and helped us make good decisions throughout. Juan was 100% on our team and helped us see the path to closing our dream home. He even helped us find a mortgage broker when our type of loan (VA Jumbo loan) was in jeopardy because of the pandemic! He went to bat for us when the sellers and selling agent were being unreasonable and helped us keep our chin up when last minute struggles invariably came.
