Seller reviewMy overall experience with Joshua Abraham was Phenomenal! I couldn't have asked for a more patient and understanding Realtor. The obstacles and challenges my mortgage company put him through were handle both professionally and efficiently. I will be recommending him to all my family and friends. Joshua followed through with all of my requests and concerns. He always kept a positive attitude even when my mortgage company kept throwing loops at him. I was impressed that he didn't just walk away from it all. Mr. Abraham followed one rule that I appreciated the most the "No Surprise Rule". At no point did I feel blind-sided through out the negotiation of the sale. He was able to communicate any and all changes for the sale of my home in a timely manner. I actually feel bad that I couldn't be more involved with the overall short-sale process. Joshua went through some extensive back and forth with my mortgage company. As I stated earlier; at no point did I get any negative feedback from Mr. Abraham. He kept his professionalism consistent from the first time we spoke about the sale of my home to the last time at the settlement table. Mr. Abraham is a true team player even when the ball wasn't in our court. His game plan for ensuring my short-sale closed was strategically mastered.
