Personal Profile
John Montemayor is a retired Marine and a resident of Northern Virginia for more than two decades. He has lived in in Prince William, Stafford, and Fauquier County. Between working previously at the Pentagon and having family in Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, and Warren County, he understands the area and is excited to share his first-hand knowledge with his clients. He has experienced over 17 military relocations and can personally relate to service members, federal employees, and contractors relocating to the Northern Virginia area. He looks forward to working with you to find your particular real estate wants and needs. Seller reviewWe previously worked with Mr. Montemayor when we purchased our home in 2016. When we decided to sell our house this year, it was an easy choice to work with him again. He is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I have referred him on a number of occasions, and he will be the only agent I would work with if we decided to buy in the area again. He exceeded expectations in every area, has a tireless work ethic, and went above and beyond to assist us in the sale of our house. This period was marked by large market shifts and unprecedented interest rate increases yet Mr. Montemayor developed a strategy for our home sale and successfully executed it.
