John's knowledge of the area and the market made our sale a smooth one. Though it took some time because the condo was a one bedroom, John never lost interest or pushed us to the side. He coninously kept us informed of showings, made valuable suggestions on the pricing and remained patient. We couldn't have asked for a better person to handle our real estate needs. We would highly recommend him to anyone we know that is looking to sell or buy.

John was rock solid in communication and represented us well. He provided helpful information, especially when things became hectic or stressful. John is someone I already respect and feel he did a good job in pretty much all aspects. I would have appreciated, perhaps more of his personal opinion what he thought wok.d be a good deal for the house, but I understand how easily that could harm him if he were to be seen as giving bad advice. I would heartily recommend him to others, thought I hope I never have to sell a house again, as it is much worse than buying a house. Much more stress selling than buying.
