Seller reviewJohn knows the area very well, and researched any questions I would have. He is extremely fair and knowledgeable and honest, which was reassuring when he offered his advice. I believe I got a fair price for my property when my sale became more urgent. He always asked what I wanted and didn't force his opinions on me. He told me how he felt about my requests when I asked him, which was always reassuring. When John first got my listing, he was insistent that he have the deed researched. To his credit, it was a critical move because it was not a clear deed when I purchased it. We had to wait 18 months for it to clear and, once done, John was swift at marketing it for top price. When I had hurricane repairs to make on my home, I needed to sell this lot asap. John made that happen in a most satisfactory way for me. I don't have enough good things to say about John Del Sasso, except don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Just call John Del Sasso

John was always there for us, and he walked by our side through the entire transaction. If there was something he didn't know, he found out, right away. He worked with everyone on our " team"...other agents, bankers etc, EXTREMELY WELL!!! We are completely satisfied, John and Sheri and Erin worked perfectly for us, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Five stars out of 5. Anyone looking to purchase a home in the Punta Gorda area would do well using John. He is a wealth of knowledge, and his professionalism is unparalleled. Timely and crystal clear communication between realtor and client is a non- negotiable in my book. John never let us down. The best!!
