Buyer reviewCentury 21 is a huge real estate company. But Joanne Capayachi provided us with a personal, yet professional, experience. She catered to our needs. It seemed like the house showings were never ending. She didn't care. She wanted us to see everything. So we knew what we wanted. Every time we changed our idea of what we thought we wanted, she took that into consideration with the next houses. She is extremely passionate about her job. You can tell with the excellent service she provides. She is a huge asset to Century 21. When or if the time comes to buy or sell, we will not deal with anyone other than Joanne or anyone she refers. She is on point and makes the whole process as smooth as possible.

Joanne was patient, kind, and most importantly supportive! She always had our best interests in mind, and never hesitated to stand by our side!
