Her willingness to coordinate with our family that's located in the area to schedule showings when we could not go, and facilitation of communication between ourselves and the seller, lender, and title company was critical for our ability to complete this purchase from the other side of the country. When our close date had to be moved due to unforeseen circumstances, she helped maintain communication between all involved parties so that it was a smooth process. She was also critical in getting a seller credit when the home inspection revealed necessary repairs and updates. Joan's overall approach to business was excellent, and we had a wonderful experience working with her. We would recommend her to others to work with.

Buyer reviewI was connected with Joan by an agent I had previously worked with who had since moved out of the area when we were looking to buy again. From our very first meeting we were impressed with her attention to detail when she pointed out some construction flaws on the front porch of a home - before we even went inside - and said this was an indication that the contractors likely cut corners inside (she was right!). Once we found a place Joan made the contract process go as smoothly as possible. The home we ended up purchasing is new construction which comes with its own set of challenges since it was still under construction when we made our offer. We really appreciated having Joan as our advocate while working with the construction managers and crew to get information on things like progress updates and fixing punch list items. Joan is a very talented agent who goes above and beyond, and it was much appreciated during our buying process!
