I began my real estate business after a successful career in the automotive industry, and I have the benefit of both a technical background and management/leadership experience that I now put to work for my clients. I've lived in SE Michigan all of my life, and I'm familiar with the entire metro Detroit and Ann Arbor areas. As a licensed Realtor, I have been trained in the Mike Ferry Sales System, and my professional designations include Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Negotiation Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and Cartus/Affinity Relocation Specialist. I belong to the National Association of Realtors, The Michigan Association of Realtors, and have been a Major Investor to RPAC. My formal education includes a degree in mechanical engineering from UM - Ann Arbor, as well as a number of management disciplines obtained in my former business career. I've had the pleasure of being married to my wonderful wife Cheryl since 1973, and we have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. My other interests include flying sailplanes as a private pilot, hiking, backpacking, cooking, model building, and photography.

Seller reviewJim did everything right as far as I'm concerned. He always responded immediately to calls or texts. He was very welcoming and friendly, understanding and patient while I readied the house. He is a member of Real Estate Agents I Trust so I knew he met important criteria as a top realtor and I liked his demeanor. He was not pushy but kept me informed. I felt like we were on the same page about the listing price of the house and showing it with professional photos etc. I can highly recommend Jim Littlepage as a topnotch realtor!

Seller reviewJim Littlepage and I connected about 6 years ago. He advised me that the market was not good enough to recoup my investment on a rental property at that time. So we kept in touch over the years and when I was ready to sell, the market was up and Jim was right there to help me with every step. I couldn't have asked for a better working relationship. Everything Jim did for us was done to perfection. You will never find a better representative for your company.

He kept me informed of the progress- from cleanup after the tenant left to repairs and ultimate sale. Very good experience. We knew nothing about selling a house let alone a house in Michigan. Jim guided us on what we could do and he was very caring and helped us out during the whole sell of the house mostly because everything was long distant he kept us informed on everything.
