Her character and personality made her very friendly and easy to work and communicate with. I felt comfortable texting her whenever I had concerns or questions about the buying experience. Her knowledge of the local area was helpful in deciding which house I was interested in, and she was very quick when it came to scheduling with me and accommodating my schedule. As we looked at houses, her relative housing expertise helped answer questions and gave me more security in the house I was interested in. Lastly, her professionalism and expertise through the sales and contract experience took a huge load my shoulders. I trusted her to help me every step of the way and to keep me updated throughout the entire process. I always felt confident in the work she was doing and how she was communicating the results to me. I did consider some of the other C21 brokers, but after meeting Jesieryl I felt that she was someone who had my interest above all else and that she could be trusted. Jesieryl was a dream to work with. I had a job overseas and was relocating back to Maryland. I contacted her about six months before and she was extremely patient and responsive in forwarding house information. I took three trips to the area prior to moving back with only a day or two available to search for houses and property. She accommodated my tight schedule. She was very patient with the time differences while working with her overseas. When we ran into problems she was always there to help us find a solution and kept a positive focus during a stressful time for both my wife and I. We truly appreciate her support and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for either a home or property to build.
