Me and my husband started getting ready to buy a home Jeromiah fell into our laps. I had a list going for potential realtors from google, none of them felt right or seemed like they had our interests at heart. A coworker recommended Jeromiah. She had a lot to say about him. We had to meet him. We did, the more we talked we knew Jeromiah was the perfect realtor to help us threw our journey. He 100% was, climbed into attics, crawled under houses, pointed out things that we should look for, details, he can spot the details.he was knowledgeable about loans, what was within the rules what wasn't. He provided a lot for us to get threw this journey. 5 big shiney stars, 2 thumbs up.

In the beginning of my home search I was unsure that I would be able to find a place I liked or would fit into my budget since it was not extremely high but jeromiah lizama reassured me and my wife that he will find us a home that fit our needs wants and was in our price range without maxing us out. And when I say he truly did that for us he did with out any hesitation he showed us a home we was interested at a later hour due to me working long hours and had no issue with showing it to us late and from the first moment of speaking and seeing that he really did care about what we was looking for and doing all he could to get us ina a forever home with no missed beat he got a list together with homes in the area that he felt fit our wants and needs and sure enough the following home we went to look at was the one. Now this is where truly helped us out so much with being a first time home owner I did not know much if anything at all about anything but Jeromiah Lizama repeatedly told me when ever I felt I had a dumb question that no question was and he would take his time out not matter what time of day it was to answer any of my questions or concerns. Took all initiative when ever something needed to be handled he was quick and very precise with anything that he did. Was also able to get any and all of our concerns taken care of and just kept following up with us with the mortgage lender with any repairs he was just truly all over everything even things that might not have been for him to do but he did to make sure I felt comfortable and reassured and he did an amazing job at alleviating any stress that buy a home can come with. As long as Jeromiah Lizama is selling homes I will be buying all mine through him and only him. Truly an amazing person and understood me as a person not just a client and that was my biggest thing and truly made this experience actually a great one. Thank you sooo so sooo much Jeromiah Lizama.
