I have been a licensed full time Realtor since 2003 specializing in residential properties. I am a former shareholder of a Re/Max franchise in Cincinnati and currently a full time Realtor and shareholder in Mason, Oh and Florence, KY for Century 21 Stellar Real Estate.Licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky I am able to better serve relocations and others in our area who need to consider both sides of the river as well as those wanting to stay on their side of the river. I have received my certification as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Relocation Specialist, New Construction Specialist, an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Senior Residential Specialist (SRES) assisting people with estates, moving to retirement or assisted living communities or just downsizing. I also am a Short Sale, Foreclosure and REO Specialist (SFR). I continually take courses to add value to my business and clients. Last year 79% of my business came from referrals.My success is contributed to strong communication, my attention to detail, accessibility, creative solutions to getting deals done, persistence and my involvement in Buffini and Company. Jenny did an amazing job from day 1. We gave her a list of what we wanted and she had every listing organized. In walking us through the houses, I could see most the elements of what we asked for. When we settled on the Bluff View home, we wanted to buy the land adjacent to it, as the make or break part of accepting the deal. She helped so much by working, not only with the realtor who represented the home, but also the realtor who sold the land we wanted to buy. We knew this was challenging, yet Jenny handled this amazingly! We knew we were not her only clients too. She was always accessible and so patient with our forgetfulness and foibles. We are both honored to have worked with her and to call her a dear friend. We trust her completely, and cannot thank her enough. As we sit on our back porch watching the glorious sunrise with our coffee, We wil always be reminded of what Jenny did for us. There are people that come to your life for a season. It is our hope the season with Jenny will continue. All our love and best to her for future success. If she ever needs anything we will be there for her.

We did an internet search for best real estate agents in our area when we needed information concerning real estate due to a lawsuit. Jenny Young gave us critical information concerning value/salability of our property. When we decided to buy a new home we already had established relationship with Jenny. In a highly competitive market Jenny was able to give us an inside to the bidding and purchasing process that allowed a high probability of success. She was readily available for months. On a few times she had conflicting appointments, she provided friendly, competent and engaging substitutes from her network of assistants and fellow agents.Jenny was always on time, very patient and supportive.We are ecstatic about our new home.

Jenny made sure things stayed on track. she made sure my closing date was set in concrete. She was on call always. If I was unsure she was always there to reassure me everything was in order this was very important when buying a house its nerve racking and she had the ability to put me at ease.
