We had a big decision to make as we wanted our first home to be our forever home, so there was a lot to consider. She took her time to see what our needs were and to look for the character and updates we needed out of a home. She even was thorough on the information regarding the communities we were looking in and what was around the area. She thought of things that we wouldn't have ever thought of, especially being a first time home buyer. It truly was like buying a home with your mom, someone who was looking out for your best interest and thinking of the small details that wasn't even on my radar. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Unrelated to our personal relationship, Mrs. Kohnen was always available to us for questions and promptly responded with a direct answer or the appropriate resource to learn more on the subject. She was prompt and always beat us to our scheduled appointments. Above all I believe she truly enjoys what she is doing. This is refreshing at a time when going through a process such as home buying. Her helpfulness throughout the process was much more than I anticipated. We wouldn't have considered anyone else to help us find a home.
