I never felt that I was an inconvenience to her, and she was always willing to search for answers that she could not answer for me. I was so impressed by her professionalism, kindness and humor! She helped make my first home purchase an easy and smooth one, even though I had no idea what I was supposed to do, or what questions to ask. I cannot say enough good things about her!! Jen is always willing to seek out answers for you, and gets back to you in record time! She also makes sure to research the area and the house to give you relevant and recent information.
